§ 130.03 FISHING PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   The Board determines and finds as a fact that fishing from or on bridges on state highways over streams in the county is hazardous and creates dangers to the life and limb and safety of the persons engaged in the fishing and to the traveling public.
   (B)   Fishing is hereby prohibited from or on the following described and designated bridges on highways over rivers and other streams within the county.
      (1)   U.S. 17, Pasquotank River, Bridge No. 17-11-20, Morgan’s Corner area; and
      (2)   S.R. #1140, Hall’s Creek, Bridge No. 24, Hall’s Creek area.
   (C)   No person shall fish from or on any of the bridges hereinbefore designated and described.
   (D)   The State Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and requested to erect on all of the bridges hereinbefore designated and described and on the approaches thereto “NO FISHING FROM BRIDGE” signs to warn and give public notice to all persons that fishing from or on the bridges is prohibited.
