(A) Any person who utilizes a firearm in the county carelessly and heedlessly, in willful or wanton disregard of the rights or safety of others, shall be guilty of reckless use of a firearm. This shall include, but not be limited to, using a firearm that poses a hazard to any person or property, or involves discharging a firearm such that a projectile crosses the property of another person without his or her permission.
(B) Any person who utilizes a firearm in the county without due caution and circumspection and in a manner so as to endanger, or be likely to endanger, any person or property shall be guilty of the reckless use of a firearm.
