2-5-4: DUTIES:
The Committee shall have the following duties, to:
   A.   Prepare and recommend to the City Council a comprehensive plan for the use, maintenance, operation and further expansion of the City Airport.
   B.   Review the ongoing operations of the Airport and recommend to the City Council modifications, changes and improvements in the best interest of the City as to the Airport. (Ord. 391, 5-24-82)
