2-5-1: COMMITTEE CREATED; MEMBERSHIP:
   A.   Membership: There is hereby created an Airport Committee consisting of five (5) members as follows:
      1.   Three (3) members shall be from the surrounding community at large; provided, that at least one such member shall reside within the City limits.
      2.   Two (2) members shall be from the City Council.
   B.   Term: Term of office shall be for three (3) years for the noncouncil members and one year for the Council members. (Ord. 391, 5-24-82)
