Portions of any parcel of property contiguous to "gateway streets", as described in section 5-9-2 of this chapter, that are used for off street parking shall, in addition to any other requirement applicable to such use, landscape and maintain ten percent (10%) of the off street parking area. As nearly as practicable, said ten percent (10%) area shall be adjacent to the gateway street(s). (Ord. 551, 2-9-2009)
