1729.99   PENALTY.    
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 1729.02(a) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and a fine of not more than two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisonment for not more than thirty days or both. Upon subsequent convictions, the penalty shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree and a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than sixty days or both in addition to any other penalties as imposed by this chapter. All revenue from short-term rentals that are illegally obtained in violation of Section 1729.02(a) shall be remitted to the City of Parma.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 1729.11 of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
