Storm water storage systems that conform to the requirements of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District are acceptable subject to complying with the intent of Section 2309.03. Engineered systems comply with the International Green Construction Code, Chapter 7, "Water Resource Construction and Efficiency" are acceptable for buildings other than one-family and two-family dwellings if approved by Planning Commission and the City Engineer. The applicable provisions in Chapter 7 include Section 706 entitled "Non-Potable Water Requirements" and Section 707 entitled "Rainwater Collection and Distribution Systems".
