2309.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

The installation of storm water storage containers shall conform to the standards established by the City for such devices and shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer to ensure that they are correctly installed. A permit is required to be obtained by the property owner or his agent for installation of the storm water storage container as referenced in Chapter 185 of the Administrative Code (the General Fee Schedule). A permit is required to remove a storm water storage container.
