Upon approval of his application for registration as a warm air heating contractor by the Building Commissioner, the applicant shall file with the Commissioner the required bond, properly executed and approved, and shall pay a registration fee as set out in Chapter 185 of the Administrative Code (the General Fee Schedule) and receive from the Commissioner a certificate of registration as a warm air heating contractor, entitling him to install, re-install, repair, replace in whole or in part, reset, convert and move gravity warm air heating systems, warm air air-conditioning or mechanical systems and conversion burners in warm air heating systems and gas-fired ceiling-suspended unit heaters, pursuant to these Regulations, within the City for the current calendar year.
