Every applicant for registration as a warm air heating contractor shall, upon approval of his application, furnish and file with the Building Commissioner a bond in the penal sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to be approved as to form by the Solicitor and as to sufficiency by the Auditor, guaranteeing full and faithful compliance, by the applicant, with these Regulations.
