The Building Commissioner may seal any warm air heating equipment or apparatus after giving five days' notice in writing to any person who has been previously notified of a violation of these Regulations or of the existence of hazardous conditions on existing warm air heating equipment where inspection has been made, and who has failed to make the necessary corrections.
If, in the opinion of the Commissioner, any warm air heating equipment is a potential fire or health hazard, the same may be sealed at once.
