All places of assembly, including, but not limited to, bowling alleys, dance halls, billiard parlors, skating rinks, indoor theaters, sport or recreation centers, restaurants and taverns, where music or any audio may be used, shall be sufficiently sound insulated so as to effectively contain the sound to within the confines of the building so used in conformance with one-half of the sound level limits for receiving land uses as set forth in Section 634.04 of the General Offenses Code.
