1529.33 OCCUPANCY OF BUILDINGS USED FOR STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE MATERIALS.

No building, any part of which is used for the storage or sale of hay, straw, hemp, flax or shavings, any volatile or flammable oil or other highly combustible substance or explosives, shall be occupied in any part as a dwelling, tenement or lodging house.
