Only one single-family dwelling in a Single-Family House Use District and only one two-family dwelling in a Two-Family House Use District shall be constructed upon any platted lot, except where the platted lot has a frontage of eighty feet or more, in which case such platted lot may be divided into lots with frontage of not less than forty feet. In no case, however, may any dwelling be constructed in front of or in the rear of another dwelling on the same platted lot.
