(a) No stable shall be built or maintained within less than thirty feet of any dwelling.
(b) No stable shall occupy more than eighty percent of the width of an interior lot, unless there is provided a yard in the rear thereof, which yard shall have a depth measured toward the rear lot line of not less than one-tenths of the height of the rear wall of such stable.
(c) When a stable occupies less than eighty percent of the width of a lot, it may be built within three feet of such rear lot line.
(d) When the exterior walls of a stable occupying less than eighty percent of the width of a lot are of masonry, they may be built on the rear lot line if there are no windows in the rear wall.
(e) If the exterior walls of the stable are of an incombustible material not less than eight inches thick and without openings, they may be built to a side lot line.
(f) If windows are located in a rear brick wall, the wall shall be regulated in its distance from the lot line as prescribed in subsections (b) and (c) hereof.
