1529.08   WINDOWS FACING LOT LINES, COURTS, YARDS OR PASSAGEWAYS.
   (a)   No window in any building shall be placed or maintained within less than three feet of any lot line.
   (b)   There shall be at least ten feet between all window openings, upon opposite sides of any court, yard or passageway.
