(a) Where the temperature in the surrounding area is below seventy degrees Fahrenheit, the maximum allowable time from loading to pour shall be one and one-half hours.
(b) Where the temperature in the surrounding area is seventy degrees Fahrenheit or above, the maximum allowable time from loading to pour shall be one hour.
(c) Where the temperature in the surrounding area falls below thirty-five degrees Fahrenheit within twenty-four hours after pour, the contractor shall protect the pour with straw or other materials approved by the Building Commissioner for at least five days following the pour.
