The Board of Building Appeals shall consist of five resident members of the City appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. Members shall be appointed to a five-year term, except when appointed to fill an unexpired term. A member may be removed for cause by the Mayor with the approval of Council. Members shall receive compensation at the rate of thirty dollars ($30.00) each per meeting. Meetings of the Board shall be held at the City Hall upon the call of the Mayor or the Chairperson of the Board.
