The Building Commissioner may suspend or revoke any certificate of registration or renewal thereof issued under Section 1501.36 or any other provision of this Building Code for any of the following reasons:
(a) Misrepresentation of a material fact by the applicant in obtaining the certificate of registration or the renewal thereof;
(b) Use of the certificate of registration in obtaining permits for another;
(c) Faulty or defective workmanship;
(d) Departure from or disregard of plans and specifications filed with the application for a permit;
(e) Noncompliance with or violation of any of the provisions of this Building Code; or
(f) Misrepresentation of a material fact in a residential concrete drive plant and contractor's report.
