Should the Building Commissioner find that the drawings required under Section 1501.25 do not definitely or clearly show the framing of the structural parts of the building or structure, he may require that a three-quarter inch scale detail be submitted for such parts or any complex structural part or joint. All three-quarter inch scale details as prescribed in this section shall be accurately and fully figured.
