1501.13   RECORDS OF THE DIVISION OF BUILDINGS.
   The Building Commissioner shall keep or cause to be kept a book or card filing system, in which shall be recorded the location and character of every building, structure or other work for which a permit is issued, and a copy of every report of inspection of the building, structure or work, so arranged that the full history of the various inspections of each building, structure or other work appears therein in consecutive order, with the names of the inspectors making the inspection and the date thereof. Originals of all notes and reports made by the inspectors in the pursuance of their duty shall be signed and filed in the Division of Buildings for permanent record.
