1307.02 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY AS DESIGNATED OFFICER.

The Director of Public Safety is hereby designated as the officer authorized to carry out the duties of this chapter. The Director shall file a certified copy of this chapter with the Superintendent of Insurance of the State.
