The following uses are permitted as of right in the OS-1 zoning district:
(a) Forests and woodlands;
(b) Wetlands and marshes;
(c) Watercourses and flood plains;
(d) Meadows;
(e) Wildlife sanctuaries, preserves;
(f) Passive recreation areas and landscaped areas.
