1123.01   ADMINISTRATION.
   The administration of this Zoning Code is vested in the following officials of the City:
   (a)   The Building Commissioner
   (b)   The Board of Zoning Appeals
   (c)   The City Engineer
   (d)   The Planning Commission
   (e)   The City Council
