(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) In addition to any other penalties permitted in division (a) above, the City of Parma may recover all attorneys fees, court costs and other expenses associated with the enforcement of this chapter, including sampling and monitoring expenses.
