A fee as set out in Chapter 185 of the Administrative Code (the General Fee Schedule) shall be charged for the issuance of such permit and each permit shall be valid for the period of one year. The Director of Public Service is hereby given the power to revoke such permits upon satisfactory proof that the person holding the same has violated any of the provisions and conditions of this chapter or is engaged in practicing a fraud upon customers for whom he may be doing work in the City.
