All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on December 31 following the date of the issuance of same. The license fee shall be payable in advance before the issuance of such license, or any renewals thereof, and shall be as provided in Chapter 185 of the Administrative Code (the General Fee Schedule).
