783.05   INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   Every applicant must furnish proof satisfactory to the Director of Public Safety that every statement set forth in the affidavit is true and that, in addition, the applicant carries adequate public liability and property damage insurance in such amount as the Director deems proper, but in no event to be less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for each person and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for more than one person in the same accident, public liability insurance, and ten thousand dollars ($10,000) property damage insurance, for each trailer. Each applicant shall furnish with his application an endorsement of an insurance company authorized to do business and in good standing in the State, in such form as the Director deems proper, showing the issuance of the insurance herein required, which endorsement shall be kept on file in the office of the Director. No license shall be valid until such insurance is provided for and furnished.
