779.29 PICKUP AND DELIVERY OF PASSENGERS; FOREIGN TAXICABS.

Taxicabs licensed by other municipalities may deliver passengers from outside the City of Parma to any point inside the City of Parma. However, such taxicabs shall not pick up passengers in the City of Parma or beyond without full compliance with all the provisions of this chapter.
