Public Vehicle Licenses may be suspended or revoked at any time by the Director of Public Safety for violations of the terms of this chapter. Any suspension shall be noted on the license, together with a statement of the reasons therefor. Upon a second suspension, within the same licensing year, the Director shall revoke the Public Vehicle License of the taxi-cab company. No taxi-cab company whose license has been revoked shall again be licensed as a public vehicle under this chapter unless upon presentation of reason satisfactory to the Director.
