779.02 PUBLIC VEHICLE LICENSE REQUIRED; EXEMPTIONS.

(a) No person shall operate a public vehicle into, from or within the City without first having obtained a license to do so from the Director of Public Safety.

(b) Transportation Network Companies, Transportation Network Company Drivers, and Transportation Network Company Services, as these terms are defined in Ohio R.C. 3942.01, are exempt from the provisions of this Chapter.
