777.09 DENIAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSES.

The Safety Director may deny, suspend or revoke the license of a body art establishment for noncompliance with or violation of any provision of this chapter. Any denial, suspension or revocation of a license under this chapter may be appealed pursuant to Section 700.04 of the Business Regulation Code.
