The Building Commissioner may suspend or revoke the license of a tattoo establishment for violations of this chapter. In the event that the Building Commissioner suspends or revokes any license, the owner or operator may, within ten days of such notice, appeal such suspension or revocation to the Safety Director. If the Safety Director upholds such suspension or revocation, the owner may appeal to the Planning Commission within ten days of receiving notice of the Safety Director's decision. The decision of the Planning Commission shall be considered a final administrative decision and may be appealed to Common Pleas Court pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 2506.
