(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the City, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing applications of lawn pesticides to residential, commercial and public lawns in the City, that certain rule known as The Requirements for Notice for Lawn Pesticide Applicators, Rule 901:5-11-9 of the Ohio Department of Agriculture, promulgated pursuant to Ohio R.C. 921.16 on May 25, 1989, and effective June 5, 1989, and the same is hereby adopted as though fully rewritten herein, save and except such portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified or amended.
(b) Whenever in Rule 901:5-11-9 the phrase "any municipal corporation or subdivided area of a township" appears, the phrase "City of Parma" is hereby substituted therefor.
(c) A complete copy of such Rule shall be on file in the offices of the Clerk of Council and the Director of Public Safety for inspection by the public. A complete copy shall also be on file in the County Law Library. The Clerk of Council shall also have copies available for sale to the public, at cost.
