(a) On or after July 1, 1987, no user of pesticides shall engage in the use or application of pesticides in the City without first registering in the office of the Director of Public Safety and obtaining a registration certificate. The user shall furnish proof of a current Ohio Pesticide Law License, the name, address and telephone number of the user, the generic chemical names of pesticides to be used and any other information the Director deems necessary.
(b) After receipt of the user information as required in subsection (a) hereof, and review by the Director, the Director shall issue to the user a registration certificate if the user fully complies with the requirements of this chapter and the Ohio Revised Code.
