753.15   NONISSUANCE OR REVOCATION OF PERMITS; STOP WORK ORDERS; CHANGED CONDITIONS.
Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or State law shall be grounds to refuse issuance of a permit or to revoke a permit already issued by the City. The Director of Public Safety, the Building Commissioner, the Fire Chief, the City Engineer or the Director of Public Service, or their authorized representatives, may stop any or all work at the site upon finding a specific violation of this chapter or State law or where continuation would constitute a direct danger to persons or property. All activities or specified operations shall cease until such time as the cited violation is brought into approved compliance with this chapter and State law.
Any change to any information on the approved application shall be immediately disclosed in writing to the Director of Public Safety, the Building Commissioner, the Fire Chief, the City Engineer and the Director of Public Service. Any one of such officials may temporarily suspend the permit if he or she feels the change is a significant enough deviation to warrant Planning Commission approval. The decision shall be made at the next regularly scheduled Commission meeting.
