The Building Commissioner shall have authority and it shall be his duty to revoke the license issued to any person, firm or corporation for conducting or maintaining picture machine exhibitions when he is satisfied that such licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or such other sections of these Codified Ordinances relating thereto. However, before revoking the license, opportunity shall be given to the licensee to correct such violations.
