(a) As used in this section, "stand" means any newsstand, table, bench, booth, rack, tent or any other fixture or device used for the display or storage of articles offered for sale by an itinerant vendor.
(b) Vendor stands which are located within fifty feet of the public right-of-way shall not exceed six feet in length, four feet in width or seven feet in height.
(c) No stand shall impede access to the entrance or exit of any building or driveway, or be located within twenty-five feet of a fire hydrant, fire escape, bus stop, loading zone, handicap parking space or access ramp or driveway of a fire station, police station or hospital.
(d) All stands must be approved by the City Building Commissioner, who will certify that such stand is of sound construction and free of apparent hazards, including, but not limited to, exposed nails or screws, inadequately secured umbrellas or other potentially dangerous conditions.
(e) Upon each stand, there shall be prominently displayed a copy of the itinerant vendor's license. Said copy shall be securely affixed and located in a conspicuous place upon the stand to permit viewing by patrons.
