(a) As used in this section, "meat or meat product" means the flesh or viscera of cattle, calves, sheep, swine and goats, and any edible product of same.
(b) No person shall dispose of, sell, offer for sale or have in his possession for sale, whether at wholesale or retail, any meat or meat products within the City, unless such meat or meat products have been inspected by the Ohio State Department of Agriculture or bear the inspection mark of the Ohio State or Federal Department of Agriculture.
