727.42 SALE OF FERTILIZERS, EXTERMINANTS, INSECTICIDES.

No fertilizer, exterminant or insecticide shall be sold or offered for sale in any establishments within the City which sells or offers for sale, prepared or unprepared food, unless such exterminant, fertilizer or insecticide is properly packaged in a leakproof metal, glass, plastic or similar container and plainly marked.
