727.40 RULES AND REGULATIONS; HEALTH OFFICER.

The Health Officer is hereby authorized and directed to make and enforce such rules and regulations relative to fumigation, not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, as he may deem necessary for the protection of life and health.
