After the process of fumigation has been completed, it shall be the duty of the operator to release the gases, fumes and vapors in a careful manner and in such a way that they are transmitted to the outside air so as not to endanger health or life. Such gases, fumes or vapors shall not be released except between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except as set forth in Section 727.37. Before permitting any person to enter any building or enclosed space which has been exposed to gases, fumes or vapors as aforesaid, it shall be the duty of the operator to make sure that any and all traces of the gases, fumes and vapors have been removed therefrom.
