Where fumigation is done in special rooms, vaults, tanks or cars, the notice of fumigation shall not be necessary. These special or especially constructed vaults, rooms, tanks or cars shall be approved as to their location, construction and gas-tightness by the Health Officer. Proper provision shall be made for the airing of such vaults and to allow for the escape of such gases, fumes or vapors without endangering life or health.
