727.20   INVESTIGATION.
   The application shall also state the applicant's experience and qualifications in the use of such poisonous gases, fumes or chemicals, and such other information as the Director of Public Safety may from time to time require, whereupon the application shall be referred to the Health Officer who shall make or cause to be made an investigation thereof and shall report his findings to the Director, whereupon, if such investigation discloses that the applicant is possessed of adequate and sufficient knowledge and experience in the use of the particular gases, fumes or chemicals to be used for the purpose defined herein, the Solicitor shall direct that the application be granted and a license be issued to such applicant according to the provisions herein set forth.
