Nothing contained in this chapter shall be deemed to apply to economic poisons used in agricultural and industrial arts or to products used for the control of insects, animal or other pests when sold in original, unbroken containers, properly labeled in accordance with the Federal Insecticide Act of 1910, as the same may be amended, or in accordance with State law.
