With respect to coin-operated amusement machines only, a permit granted for one such machine is transferable, during the same calendar year, from one machine to another, if the replacement machine is approximately the same size and voltage as the original and if it is in the same location. However, to effect a non-fee transfer, a written receipt of transfer shall be maintained at the permit premises and shall be available for public inspection. A written notice, on a form to be provided by the City, shall also be filed with the City within fifteen days for each such transfer.
The licensing authority may adjust or revise procedures and forms to effectuate this section.
