718.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on the first offense; and a misdemeanor of the first degree on any subsequent conviction of this chapter. Each day an operator is in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
