(a) The grantor may, at any time, offer to purchase the grantee's cable system for the same consideration and according to the same terms that it is willing to accept from any person. The grantee shall have thirty days from receipt of the offer from the grantor within which to accept the offer.
(b) In any case where the grantor elects to purchase the system, the purchase shall be closed within sixty days of the date of the grantor's audit of a current profit and loss statement of the grantee.
