715.09 LICENSE TRANSFER.

No transfer of a license either as to person or place shall be permitted except with the consent of the Director of Public Safety, which consent shall be endorsed upon the license. In addition, the applicant applying for the transfer of any license shall comply with all the provisions of this chapter.
