Every person who is granted a license to operate a billiard room or a bowling alley shall pay an annual fee as set out in Chapter 185 of the Administrative Code (the General Fee Schedule). No license fee shall be charged for the use of any table or alley in billiard rooms or alleys where the applicant is a society or club not organized for profit and does not sell or dispense alcoholic beverages of any kind. All licenses granted shall expire one year after the date of issue.
