As used in this chapter:
(a) "Billiards" means any of the several games played on a table surrounded by an elastic ledge or cushions, with balls which are impelled by a cue, and includes forms of the game known as pool.
(b) "Billiard room" means any public place where the game of billiards is permitted to be played.
(c) "Bowling" means any of the several games played on a bowling alley by whatever name known.
(d) "Bowling alley" means any place where the game of bowling is permitted to be played.
